A new Freight Terminal at Enfield
When Delany Civil were employed to complete the new freight terminal at Enfield, it awarded Dynamic Modular Constructions the contract to build a drivers' amenity building, a gatehouse to monitor track movements and a pump house building to house the pumps for the fire fighting system.
Modular Local Council Office Building
PDSM engaged Dynamic Modular Constructions to compete an office building for a local council in the Sydney area. The building was 9 m x 24 m and featured a kitchen / lunchroom, training room and storeroom as well as a large office area.
