Blue Mountains City Council
Blue Mountains City Council engaged Dynamic Modular Constructions to supply and install staff facilities for the Blaxland Waste Management Facility. It comprised of a General manager’s office, (complete with data and communications fitted), shower and toilet facilities and a lunch/change room. Dynamic Modular was happy to receive positive feedback from the staff and management regarding the project.

A new Freight Terminal at Enfield
When Delany Civil were employed to complete the new freight terminal at Enfield, it awarded Dynamic Modular Constructions the contract to build a drivers' amenity building, a gatehouse to monitor track movements and a pump house building to house the pumps for the fire fighting system.
Modular Local Council Office Building
PDSM engaged Dynamic Modular Constructions to compete an office building for a local council in the Sydney area. The building was 9 m x 24 m and featured a kitchen / lunchroom, training room and storeroom as well as a large office area.
Staff amenities building for the Sydney Eye Hospital
Dynamic Modular Constructions was employed to supply the new staff amenities building for the hospital. Members of staff had to deal with inadequate shower and toilet facilities and were very happy when they received their new ablution block.
